Note:
You can also participate in the PROTO game by choosing how many consecutive 7-digit numbers (1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100) you want. Your choices are added together.
You can fill in up to 5 areas (A to E) on the same form.
Note:
With the “VOID” option, an area marked by mistake can be deselected without cancelling the whole ticket.
Fill in the number of consecutive draws (2 to 100) you wish to enter. Multiple selections are cumulative (e.g., for 15 consecutive draws, enter 5 & 10). If you do not fill in an option, your ticket only participates in the next draw.
